Rules and Commitments

To ensure safety, organization, and a respectful environment within the team, every member is required to comply with the following:

Membership Requirements

• The member must be 25 years of age or older and legally competent.

• Must hold a valid motorcycle driving license, and own a personal motorcycle with valid insurance.

• Must notify the management of any changes in official contact information within 7 days at most.

Safety Requirements

• Always wear essential protective gear (helmet, gloves, jacket, pants, boots) during all activities.

• Abide by traffic regulations and all safety instructions issued by official authorities.

Participation and Engagement

• Attend scheduled meetings and actively contribute with a positive spirit.

• Participate in at least 50% of the scheduled annual rides.

• Maintain mutual respect and proper communication in team channels, avoiding political, religious, or controversial discussions.

Conduct and Responsibility

• Treat all members fairly and respectfully regardless of their experience or motorcycle type.

• Support fellow riders in different situations, whether through technical help or moral encouragement.

• Uphold a positive attitude, especially during challenges or unexpected circumstances.

• Each member is fully responsible for their personal actions before the authorities, and the team bears no responsibility for individual violations.

Management Rights

• The management has the right to terminate the membership of any individual who violates the rules or conditions, without refund of membership fees.

• The management reserves the right to share member information with official authorities if requested.

• Photos and videos captured during team events may be used by the management for promotional and advertising purposes.

• The management has the authority to amend these terms and conditions at any time, provided that members are notified through any channel the management deems appropriate.

I, the undersigned, hereby acknowledge that I have read and fully understood all the rules and commitments mentioned above. I pledge to abide by them in full and confirm that all the information I have provided is accurate and true. I take full responsibility for any violations or false information.

القواعد والالتزامات

حرصًا على سلامة الجميع وضمان بيئة راقية ومنظمة داخل الفريق، يلتزم كل عضو بالبنود التالية:

شروط العضوية

• أن يكون عمر العضو 25 سنة فأكثر، ويتمتع بالأهلية القانونية الكاملة.

• امتلاك رخصة قيادة دراجة نارية سارية، مع دراجة شخصية مؤمّن عليها.

• الالتزام بإخطار الإدارة بأي تغيير في بيانات التواصل خلال 7 أيام كحد أقصى.

متطلبات السلامة

• ارتداء معدات الحماية الأساسية (خوذة، قفازات، سترة، بنطال، أحذية) أثناء جميع الأنشطة.

• الالتزام بقوانين المرور وتعليمات السلامة العامة الصادرة من الجهات الرسمية.

المشاركة والتفاعل

• حضور الاجتماعات الدورية والتفاعل مع أنشطة الفريق بروح إيجابية.

• المشاركة في ما لا يقل عن نصف الرحلات المجدولة سنويًا.

• الالتزام بالاحترام المتبادل والتواصل الراقي داخل قنوات الفريق، مع الامتناع عن النقاشات السياسية أو الدينية أو المواضيع المثيرة للجدل.

السلوك والمسؤولية

• معاملة جميع الأعضاء بعدالة واحترام بغض النظر عن خبراتهم أو نوع دراجاتهم.

• دعم الزملاء في المواقف المختلفة، سواء بالمساعدة الفنية أو التشجيع المعنوي.

• التصرّف بإيجابية خاصة في الأوقات الصعبة أو غير المتوقعة.

• يتحمل العضو المسؤولية الكاملة عن أفعاله أمام الجهات المختصة، فيما يعفى الفريق من أي تبعات فردية.

صلاحيات الإدارة

• للإدارة الحق في إنهاء عضوية أي عضو يخل بالقوانين أو الشروط دون استرداد رسوم الاشتراك.

• للإدارة الحق في مشاركة بيانات الأعضاء مع الجهات الرسمية عند الطلب.

• يحق للإدارة استخدام الصور ومقاطع الفيديو الملتقطة في الفعاليات لأغراض الترويج والإعلان.

• يحق للإدارة تعديل الشروط والأحكام في أي وقت، على أن يتم إخطار الأعضاء بالوسيلة المناسبة.
